Sometimes worry can feel like a never ending battle in one's head. Not feeling like yourself can lead to feeling stuck or lost. My work centers on supporting clients to recognize how the challenges of their lives impact their perspective and view of the world. My goal is to establish honesty and trust as we seek to understand which patterns are creating emotional discomfort. I work with clients on understanding how life stressors can managed and overcome through healing, developing skills, and living consciously.
